Sex in the City question. What is the line between professional girlfriend and just plain “professional”?

Ok, this question is a little judgy. But it’s so important, too.

If a man doesn’t put your job hopes and dreams ahead of his own, he doesn’t deserve to be your man.

Anyone who discourages a woman from having financial independence is looking to control, not love.

If a guy is looking for a professional girlfriend, he is not mature enough to have a girlfriend.

Money is so often used to control and demand a woman’s affection.
And demanding love, is the opposite of love.

If a man isn’t working to make your financial goals happen then that’s a big fat red flag.

Act Casual. I chose this great black and white denim stripe for November. I love how it adds just enough interest to a jeans and a sweater outfit.

Making stuff is so fun. I find myself just carrying pouches I made, and ditching my purse. There is just an attachment from actually making something. It’s like true love.

Which brings me to today’s Sex in the City question!!!!

The question is……..

Are men in their twenties the new designer drug?

I’m gonna have to say…..No!!

The only one who should be on that pedestal is you and if he isn’t convincing you that you are the new designer drug, he ain’t it.

Totally Free advice column!!!! 92 days of questions! From sex and the city. Ok. I definitely would have not watched this show back then.

But I do like that it questions relationships between men and women and I love that she is an independent single woman. Which I am.
Which is probably why I like it now.

Ok. So. The question is…oh wait. Sorry. Not three ways yet. 😰

Today’s question is…. Is there a secret Cold War between singles and marrieds???

As a beautiful woman you are pretty intimidating no matter your status.

But I think when people feel a bit stuck. In either marriage or singleness, they are going to be in a Cold War with someone who isn’t in their situation.

The important thing is to never take it personally.

No matter whether you are in an relationship or single. People are going to come at you. 😆🤷‍♀️

The only important thing is to not hang out with them if they do! and surround yourself with amazing singles and marrieds, who are at peace with themselves or at least not comparing themselves to you…

Having so much fun looking at these Sex And The City episodes and answering the questions! It’s actually surprisingly deep, but still kind of fun. I’m going to answer them all as short as possible, but I definitely think they are really getting me 🤔 thinking about writing much longer in depth answers.

I decided to feature a design for every question. Today is episode 2’s question. “If otherwise perfectly rational people crumble in the presence of models, then how much power does beauty actually have?”

I just love this question because it’s so big, as you can see it inspired me to create this plaid look coming down from the heavens. 👏

These are the colors I’m so into right now. Like light breaking through on a stormy day. ☔️

Because that’s what happens when we realize that beauty is the most powerful thing in the universe. And that the physical and spiritual beauty of women is truly profound.

I have spent a long, long, long, long, long. Long. Long. time struggling and grasping to find answers about relationships, sex, gender, love, faith, confidence, success, and life and I am now here with some answers…..OK first up…….

Question first episode. Were women in New York really giving up on love and throttling power???

Quick answer. If someone thinks you are too focused on power and not focused enough on “love” for them. Run….. run…. Run…..never tolerate anyone who doesn’t want to see you shine as bright as humanly possible. You can never. Ever. Ever. Throttle up too much on power. Ever.

“They will do greater things than me”…. Jesus.

So run. Far away. From anyone who claims to love you and thinks your too interested in power. You were born to have power.

Throttle it!
